2024
Centerfield is a premium office building in South Korea, offering shared amenities like meeting rooms, locker rooms, and feeding rooms for tenant companies.
To simplify amenity management, my team developed a mobile app for users and an admin platform for managers to handle bookings and schedules.
I initially served as a Project Manager, leading the planning, workflows, and wireframes for the admin platform. Now, revisiting the project as a UX/UI Designer, I focused on redesigning the locker management system to improve usability and streamline workflows.
The original system relied heavily on a table-based format with multiple paginations, making it difficult for managers to quickly check locker availability and status. This led to inefficiencies in the booking process, increasing the risk of errors and delays.
Making Bookings Quick and Hassle-Free
The goal was to enable real-time status updates and streamline the booking process. This included improving visibility of locker statuses, simplifying workflows, and enabling faster decision-making.
Two Key Booking Scenarios
3 Key Enhancements
The redesign introduced three key enhancements—a color-coded grid for quick status checks, streamlined booking steps, and an interactive calendar for easy reservations—making locker management faster, clearer, and more intuitive.
